Phon's Thai Martial Arts members began the 2010 season with an adrenalin fuelled paintball skirmish day.

The event saw the combatants battle it out shooting each other and leaving some unsightly bruises in some of the most painful places! Sean copped a very painful shot in the back of the head, at the top of the neck, a target that would've floored anyone!

Chief Phon Martdee led the shoot in mischief placing some great shots and putting some pain on his troops!
A great event which had everyone in smiles and with some great memories to treasure.
