It is with great pleasure that we inform you that all the works for our 47th Annual World Convention to be held in Jeju Island, South Korea, are going as planned. The deligates will be staying at the Ramada Plaza Hotel a 5-star hotel. Located in Tap-dong seaside area and within 5 minutes ride from Jeju International Airport and Jeju Port.

Ratings Committee members should plan to arrive to work on October 30, 31 and November the 1st

Board of Governors members are welcome to arrive any time from October 29, but must arrive in Jeju no later than Saturday October the 31st to hold the WBC Board of Governors private meeting on Sunday, November the 1st

November 1, Sunday

It is recommended that all attendees plan to arrive on Sunday November the 1st.

• All day: WBC Board of Governors private meeting.

• Evening: Welcoming Cocktail party to all delegates, sponsored by the Jeju Convention Board.

November 2, Monday

• Morning: Official opening of the convention

• Afternoon: Workshops and confederations meetings

• Evening: Welcome gala dinner

November 3, Tuesday

• Official meeting

• Tour for ladies and guests

• Ring Officials seminar

• Evening: Free

November 4, Wednesday

• Official meeting

• Ratings review and approval

November 5, Thursday

• Official meeting

• Mandatory defenses and final elimination bouts
