Tuesday : Grappling, Wrestling
Wensday : Technique Workshop, Sparing
Thursday : Self Defense Mixed Class and combination advance (use Protection and Shinpads), Mind training
Friday : Technique Workshop, Sparing, Ram Muay, Bagwork

The beginners and fitness class is a great if you want to get in shape and learn the basics and some advanced Muaythai technique. Our professional trainers will help you in a step by step process to obtain your goals.

In this class safety is very important. The gym is equipped with pads, wraps and gloves. You will be given instruction in how to use the equipment safely and effectively.

If you want to fight or just get in shape while learning new things and having fun, this is a great class.
